Shipping & Returns
1. Shipping within Sweden
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.
2. Shipping within the EU
We ship to selected EU countries. Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on destination. Local customs and import rules may apply.
3. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. If your package has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at info@nutraframe.eu.
4. 14-day right of withdrawal
Under Swedish and EU consumer law you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw your purchase. To use this right, send a clear message to info@nutraframe.eu before the 14-day period ends.
- Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
- Sealed food supplements that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective.
5. Refunds
We refund the full purchase amount (including original standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method you used for the order.
6. Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within a reasonable time at info@nutraframe.eu with a photo and your order number. We will sort it out at no cost to you.
