1. About us

These terms apply to all orders placed through our online store. The seller is Nutraframe AB, organization number 559567-1503, registered at Torsgatan 27, 113 21 Stockholm, Sweden. You can reach us at info@nutraframe.eu.

2. Our products

Night sells food supplements (kosttillskott). Our products are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are intended to complement a normal diet.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use.

3. Orders and prices

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old. All prices are shown in the checkout currency and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

4. Payment

Payment is handled by our payment provider. We never store full card details on our servers. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler) you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unopened and in resalable condition. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

6. Complaints

If a product is defective or damaged, contact us at info@nutraframe.eu within a reasonable time. Swedish consumer law applies. You may also refer disputes to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU ODR platform.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect damages, except where required by mandatory consumer law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
